Dear Me was written to help me get through my healing process and to inspire others to express themselves after traumatic experiences.  All these years I thought I was okay, strong and happy, but in reality, I was wearing a mask. A mask that was so invisible that my loved ones didn’t know what I was feeling or going through. I wore a mask because I was afraid to share my story.
